Very nice customer service to me, very happy with the items sold by them. I would definitely recommend for future furniture being bought for anyone to their houses. Incredible salespeople. Very good and welcoming.

If I could give less stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They constantly lied about the delivery of our couch. We were told it would be delivered in July 2020... we received the couch in February 2021. We had to keep following them up to get updates and we were lied to every step of the way. We saw the same couch for cheaper at another store and the only reason we got it from Lounges Plus Caringbah was because they promised a faster delivery. Little did we know, we’d have to wait almost a year to receive it with minimum remorse or compensation at the end from this company. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Our experience with Lounges Plus has been nothing short of seamless. From the initial consultation at the Caringbah store to recieving our lounge, we are beyond satisfied. My hubby and I were recently in the market for a leather lounge for our family with small children. The sales assistant went above and beyond to help us find the perfect lounge. He explained the positives and negatives of certain styles and helped us custom design a lounge to ensure it was a perfect fit for our family. Our lounge arrived quicker than expected (which was an added bonus) and met all our requirements in terms of style, comfort, practicality and of course, value for money. If and when we need to upgrade, Lounges Plus will be our first choice!

Initial "pre sale" service was good. Lots of info, although we were "caralled" into buying the lounge they recommended. Delivery - late Responsiveness to customer comms - took 2 weeks for a response. Delivery- unhelpful and although I was told delivery was included in the price, the delivery guy demanded i pay 80 for delivery and didn't have change for 100 then left me to carry the lounge up the stairs. Quality of the lounge- for 1700 id expect a lounge to be good enough to NOT start sagging within 4-5 months as it is has done. We bought a 3 seat lounge with chase, coffee table, entertainment unit, dining table and chairs. Cant say ill be buying from them again nor recommending them to friends and family.
