Outback Steakhouse

Did takeout from the Fern Creek location. Our meal was great and included a FREE Blooming Onion due to the Outback Bowl! In-person dining is ALWAYS better, but considering the circumstances and wanting to use an eat out gift card, it was really good!

Great food and great service for our party of 8. Added bonus, the bread was at table in under 5 minutes and the appetizer, Blooming Onion (an Outback Signature appetizer) seemed to follow right behind. Neither food stood a chance of lasting long with a hungry family of 8 but the pleasant surprise was the speed of the entrees to the table.

Used to eat here a lot and liked it quite a bit but guess we picked the worst day to get a to-go order. The employees tried to tell us we called in an order to the wrong restaurant but in reality they wrote down the completely wrong name for our order... After waiting and waiting to get it straightened out we were given undercooked food. Politely asked for a refund and was given one but jeez, what a waste of time.

The toughest steak I've ever been served. The sides were good. The door for takeout exits the dining area, it is very loud. That door slams shut every few minutes. The tables around the takeout area are continuously annoyed with a loud bang.

Clean, warm on a snowy Tuesday evening, greeted with a friendly hostess. Server was great and food was on point. 5 stars!
