They could care less about kids. VERY unfortunate this is the only pediatric urology office in Louisville, or my child would’ve been taken to a different office after the first visit. Getting them to actually do their job is like pulling teeth. Pretty sad I had to demand to speak to the practice manager & even she was unprofessional. Even after my son having to go to an ER twice for an infection that could have been prevented had they just done their job the first time. Medical neglect/malpractice for sure. Telling me my sons surgery isn’t important enough & can wait a year and a half. What???? They’re like dealing with bunch of children. 100% convinced just about anyone can become an MD or a “higher up” through Norton’s. After months of trying to convince them to actually do the surgery they acknowledged my son needed but refused to do, they won’t even see him in office for post op appointment to check the healing & make sure it’s okay. Mind you it was an extensive surgery & lasted 3 hours, he’s only 10 months old. Even after I called & addressed the fact he was having an issue with bleeding, they say “ok is it bleeding to the point of having to go to an ER?” Wouldn’t my son be at an ER instead of me having to deal with their IGNORANCE???? It’s the point he’s a week post-op & he’s still ACTIVELY BLEEDING! But if I were to say it were profusely bleeding that still wouldn’t be worthy of being seen in their office, they’d just say take him to the ER. They are literally a joke. From the nurses to the doctors to the practice manager. At this point I’m just going to travel to Lexington & hope their office is better then this joke of a medical facility, who once again, COULD CARE LESS ABOUT KIDS OR THEIR NEEDS.

After arriving 15 minutes early to our appointment, we still were not seen by the doctor after waiting 35 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Furthermore, we were told that the service we expected to be preformed that day, would not be. When the appointment was booked, staff did not mention the service could not be rendered at the appointment. If so, I would not have booked the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional and now my newborn has to wait on a procedure that is time sensitive. The doctor never bothered to come in and speak with us. The front desk staff said they had no idea when they had an opening to reschedule. The staff here did not even realize we left until an hour later. Horrible customer service, bad communication, and no respect for consumer’s time. We also were told that they do “hundreds of circumcisions” weekly. They made us wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. To us, this is valuable time wasted; expecting a time sensitive service to be rendered, that was not. We left as nobody bothered to try to calm our fears. We were only told that they have no idea when the service could be preformed. With the help of our Pediatrician’s staff, we booked quickly the procedure with another hospital provider! So wish we would have booked another provider weeks ago. If you want a provider that respects your time and communicates well about the needs of your loved one, Norton Children’s Urology is NOT your place! Just another number to them.....extremely unprofessional and disappointing!

Would give zero but that’s not an option. Went to my son’s scheduled appointment and was told they didn’t have an appointment and hadn’t even received a referral. They finally found his appointment and told me that they’d called me to reschedule it. FALSE! That never happened. Would not recommend

I’ve never had a dr offer me his cell. Dr white offered and when we texted a non urgent question in a Sunday afternoon he replied. Great experience
