My wedding photos were fine until my mother came across one of them in a magazine in Brentwood registry office promoting their services and to top it off with a \quote - expressing my thanks for a fantastic day\. I have never even stepped foot inside of a registry office. When I called Ivan about this and how much it had upset my mother, he simply said he had the right to do whatever he wanted with the photos!

We used Ivan recently to take our family portrait having been recommended by a friend. Ivan made the whole day a memorable experience. My family especially my youngest daughter who is normally difficult in these types of situations was made to feel comfortable during the sitting. At no time did we feel rushed and the day was fun and enjoyable in-fact we didn’t want it to end! The outcome was breathtaking. Ivan brought our pictures to life and we now have something we can treasure forever. Thank you Ivan.
We were very unhappy with the photos taken at our wedding. We have no nice pictures of our vows as the photographer stood behind us where our faces are not clearly visible. A number of guests also told us how rude the photographer was to them. When we raised our concerns and told him we were unhappy he refused to acknowledge our complaint despite us having the photos to prove the poor work. We have had to rely on photos from friends and family to put together an album.
We used Ivan for our wedding and were so glad we did. From first contacting him to the day itself Ivan was there with advice and reassurance. He spent the whole day with us, capturing great moments but never being 'in your face' and following the day the photos were quickly available for us and our friends to look through. When we met with Ivan to chose the selection we wanted in an album there was no hard sell, just the usual good advice about what would make an album work better. All in all it has been just a thoroughly professional service delivered throughout. The photos themselves are lovely and are a testament to Ivan's ability. You only get one chance with your wedding photos, so we would definitely recommend Ivan from Town and Country Photographic as someone you can trust
My experience has been superb. From the outset Town and country offered a tailor made personal service. Ivan visited and showed us his previous work , asked what we wanted and delivered an excellent service. Having worked in the photographic industry many moons ago I'm quite particular about scene setting and the quality. To this end Town and country delivered an exceptionally high standard of work. The work was completed within the time quoted. I even wanted to make an order amendment a short while after the shoot. After a brief conversation Ivan amended the order without fuss. All in all I was very satisfied with Town and country. I've recommended T and C to friends and family and even asked them to do a bespoke service for my family. I would defo recommend them again.
