There were delays and some issues which i overlooked as i understand these things happen but everything seemed to go ok generally until i now need final paperwork. Tried everything to get this sorted and its been months now. Chasing, phoning with little or no responses. Assurances it will get sorted but then no replys. I paid everything when i should on time and am doing everything i can do my side to sort this but i cant understand why i am not getting responses to anything and they arent just getting what is needed to the people tbat need it. Feeling very let down! Still trying to get this resolved and its still ongoing. This is really causing me issues and i have no idea why they are just not sorting this out. I am now being forced to.look.at legal advice on how to deal with this as i am just being ignored.

Would highly recommend the team at LEG. We bought our first hot tub with them and the customer service has been great. They came out several times to measure the space and ensure a smooth installation and provide peace of mind. The after sales support has been really helpful especially with any water balance concerns and they continue to be super helpful with advice on buying the right chemicals and maintenance kit.

Hammer Head

Ordered in May and still don’t have the hot tub little contact and just fobbed off and date continues to be pushed back , have been told it hadn’t even been made yet. Have asked for money back so I can purchase from one of the many companies that have hit tubs in stock but been refused . Still have no idea when I will take delivery and the company appear not to be bothered

Really disappointed. We travelled 3 hours in total and despite website opening hours and everything saying open 7 days a week it was closed. The website and the opening hours on their front door said open to 4pm (we arrived at 14:50.). I interpret this as a business that does not care whether other people’s time is wasted. They know what their literature says they just can’t be bothered to change it. For anybody thinking of visiting, the premises are unrecognisable compared to the website images. It is a small shabby Industrial unit. Be careful.
