I have been a client at DrMediSpa for over a year now and its the best decision I have made for my skin. After suffering with acne for over 10 years I had really lost hope until I visited DrMediSpa. I had my initial consultation with Elli who is so professional, and kind. Elli really took the time to understand my skin and how I felt about it. Elli also created a skin care plan that was tailored to my type of acne, and always checks in to see if any adjustments need to be made. I always look forward to my facials with Elli as she always makes me feel at ease and I always leave with glowing skin! When I put makeup on now I finally feel like I am putting it on for myself rather than to cover up my acne, which is a huge things for me. Thank you so much Elli! All for the DrMediaSpa staff are so lovely! Every time I visit everyone is so welcoming. I would recommend anyone to go.

I recently had a small surgical procedure at with Dr Somji to remove a cyst from face, as you can imagine I was very nervous about having the treatment due to it being on my face, I was worried I would have a large scar. Dr Somji and his assistant Elli were amazing, they made me feel totally relaxed and reassured. The treatment went extremely well and the scar is so small nobody notices it. Since my first visit I have had lip filler by the cannula method, Dr Somji is a lip guru! I have also had a couple of skin treatments with Elli which have helped the scar even more and has also improved my skin overall!Bonus! I am very impressed with the service I have received and cannot wait to go back for my next skin treatment. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr Somji and Dr Natasha are absolutely great, always so so honest and would never do anything that doesn’t need to be done. For every treatment I have they both make me feel so at ease and really comfortable throughout. All of the work they do always enhances natural beauty which I think is incredible. I've been going to DrMediSpa for around 8 months for laser hair removal on my face. Because of the pigment in my skin, this always seemed like a problem, but from the get go I felt reassured by DrMediSpa. I was recommended to this clinic by a family member and have yet to be disappointed. Everyone I have met at the Loughton branch have been lovely, professional and welcoming. Elli, who has been doing my laser hair removal is always attentive, friendly and happy to have a chat, putting me at ease as I have my treatment done. Nearing the end of my block sessions, I feel so much more confident and happy with the appearance of the hair (or should I say nonexistent appearance) and can't help raving to others about the wonders that DrMediSpa and Elli have done for me. The results are literally life changing, as I thought I'd never be rid of those pesky little hairs, but now it's like a complete 180 and I can only thank Elli and the Soprano Ice Laser treatment for helping me get my confidence back.
