I played the golf course twice this week. The reception staff kindly paired me up with 2 members on each occasion and they made me most welcome. The course is great value for money. Despite the recent wet weather the greens were in good condition and played well. It is a parkland course with many large mature trees lining the fairways. The fairways are generally fairly wide and forgiving. Probably as a result of the recent rain, the fairways are pretty lush and there is little run on the ball. This made the par 5s and the two 400 yard par 4s a bit of a slog. The course is long and if it could be shortly slightly, the enjoyment of many players of this public course would be enhanced. I look forward to returning to Loughgall, a friendly and challenging course.

Pleasant and underused spot with good play facilities for kids, a decent forest walk, small lake and picnic facilities. Small on site shop, not much in it. Slightly unusual entrance procedure where you stop at the barrier and walk in to reception, kinda slow if there's a couple cars trying to get in, and a slightly weird price of 2.35 to park a car. No problem with a charge but surely 2 or 2.50 would be simpler! There is a golf course on site but as I don't play golf I can't advise if it's any good.
Although I live in Co Armagh I had never visited the park before. I was very impressed. The play park was very suitable for our 5 year old and 3 year old grandchildren. Nice place for a picnic and good toilet facilities.
Great wee golf course and country park. Two years in a row now we have been and really enjoyed the course.
Staff are brilliant, the fishing is superb and the wildlife so good. Lovely place
