Although the shop was closed the owners were there and went out of their way to find out what I wanted and deliver it to me. I will certainly be returning there. Excellent service and excellent prices!!
I placed an order for yarn and they couldn't get my very simple order right. They substituted a yarn colour without asking me. I was placing the order with them as I have a commission crochet order for a client. It was my client that chose both the design and colours for the order. I was told to send the order back but I would have to pay for the return postage myself. I don't see why I should be out of pocket as they were the ones that got the order wrong. Also when I opened the package that they sent me it stank and I mean it really stank of cigarette smoke. Not something that I should have to accept. They were also extremely rude when I spoke to them on Facebook about it. I would stay away from them if you are looking for a company that will get your orders correct and will send you out yarn that does not stink of cigarette smoke.
What a fantastic first experience we received at Knotty Knits& Kreative Krafts! Our baby lost his special blanket and within the week this family run company were able to replicate it down to the smallest of detail. They worked only from photos of the blanket to piece it together and still managed to get the final product spot on. We are so greatful for all their hard work and we have one very happy little boy. Thank you so so much.
