I recently bought a new Kia Sorento, one reason for buying the Sorento was the massive upgrade over the old model on terms of technology. This includes a number apps like MyKia, UVO and Android Auto, all of these make use of your mobile phone to greatly increase the functionality of the vehicle. Sadly, once I'd picked the car up I found out that there was no literature available to assist with setting these apps up and little or no support from the dealer or Kia customer services. In desperation I was forced to trawl Youtube looking for help. I found a number of videos that appeared to be produced by Kia, however, they were all out of date or produced for other countries where the apps worked differently. I eventually found a video posted by a guy called Harry from Loughborough Kia, the video was a few months old so I called Loughborough Kia and Harry called me back to offer his help. I should point out that I had not bought the car from Loughborough Kia, however, Harry took the time to understand the issues, find the fixes then call me back and talk me through getting the apps up and running. I'd like to say a massive thanks to Harry for all his help and I thoroughly recommend Loughborough Kia.
