Very easy click and collect order online but staff a bit slow when I went to collect - had a bit of a wait then they could not find item! They insisted it wasn’t there yet I had received a text message telling me it was ready for collection! Eventually found item and so was able to get!

Adam was able to find out what was happening when I couldn't get a response and ensured the issues were rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. It consistently has rude staff who ignore you and push you into extended warranties. Its consistently been like this for the last two years. I used to enjoy shopping here but avoid unless I have to go. Recently bought a tumble dryer, took me ages to get any staff to help me. The one in Derby is nice with friendly staff
