Good communications and good advice from start to finish, arrived on time, carried out the work needed very efficiently and quickly, very happy with the service received. First class service, would highly recommend for solar repairs/fitting. Thank you.
I found the company to be quick efficient and professional in every way that they handled my enquiry from start to finish. Always keeping me up to date with how my order was processing. When at the installation stage Craig was on time , pleasant and courteous giving clear instructions on what he was doing and explaining at the end. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommending them to others in the future.
From the first contact and right up to installation of inverter I felt that was in safe hands and that I would get a first class service and product. Responded promptly and I was kept fully informed. Totally recommend this company for any solar work and advise.
Contacted C Gascoigne Ltd after my current inverter stopped working and needed replacing. Bev was very helpful and explained the options available to me, without steering me towards any specific manufacturer. Bev also kept me updated as to when the replacement inverter had arrived. Craig attended on the day specified he was polite, professional and installed the inverter without any issues. I am very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use the company again in the future.
