All the family went to Bupa dental care today for routine check ups. The dentist, dental nurses and all the receptionists were friendly and very efficient. We always get a great service and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This dental practice is fantastic! Whenever I have attended, the reception staff are very welcoming. Dr Mehta is my usual dentist - he and his nurse Emily are exceptional. I have always hated going to the dentist but I am made to feel comfortable and asked if there is anything I am worried about. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to book. Excellent service, Very safe. No one was allowed into waiting room. We had to arrived promptly. I received a call 2 minutes before my appointment to confirm I was outside. No body was allowed into waiting room. Oral temperature check was taken, and new mask given on arrival. Very professional, very friendly and most importantly very COVID-19 aware, with extra, extra precautions taken. Thank you!

One word: useless. This practice used to be very good but every person I know says the same thing. I had a very horrible wisdom tooth pain and although I have not been here in a while (I'm sorry I was shielding during the pandemic), I was told my problem isn't an emergency and I should re register in spring? What was I supposed to do during now and next season? All I can say I am so disappointed to say the least that I didn't even get offered a call back service to speak to a dentist (which was advised by NHS 111). The receptionist was very rude, not caring at all. I will NOT re register as I have found a nearby dentist who was willing to see me as my issue was in fact an emergency as the pain was severe. Turns out my tooth was infected and I needed antibiotics. Avoid this place!!
