Loudons is a good fun! It is vibrant, friendly, familiar... It is like going back to the University canteen, huge place full of people from all ages and styles. I felt very comfortable and no one looked at judgmentally. This is because the customer profile is super wide for a more than decent menu options for all budgets. The staff were friendly and efficient. The service was good and quick. The food was full of flavour and the ingredients were mixed randomly in a way you could never imagine. For example, I had my first baked goat cheese salad (around 150 g of cheese) with lentils, chickpeas and a hundred more things perfectly combined. I definitely recommend this place. Go Loudons!

The service & the atmosphere was great 10/10, french toast 6/10, eggs with homemade bread 4/10, cappuccino 8/10. Overall 7/10

One of the best breakfast places in Edinburgh. Excellent standard of service/food/coffee every time I have been. Would be even better if they played some background music at weekends to add to the atmosphere

Fantastic food, great for brunch. A little crowded but personally I don't mind it. Just make sure to book beforehand !

Well organised re covid measures. Felt safe. Very friendly staff. Excellent choice for breakfast with great quality food. Well done everyone at Loudons.
