I ordered the 2 pizzas plus corned beef kit as a birthday gift and it was nothing short of amazing! Everything came frozen and packed nicely in dry ice as promised traveling all the way from Chicago to Colorado. The pizza was easy to bake without any thawing and was easily the best pizza we've ever had with a crisp crust and plenty of toppings. The corned beef kit was delightful as well with a loaf of rye bread, mustard/horseradish sauce, potato pancakes that you cook from frozen and the corned beef was superb. I will definitely be ordering again from Lou Malnati's-it was worth every penny!

I’m not a fan of deep dish but I tried Lou’s for the first time and it was pretty good! Definitely not lacking on sauce, cheese or meat...which not all pizza places seem to be able to do. The tomato sauce was tasty (which I think makes or breaks the pizza) but ultimately it was too much crust for me. So, although I don’t see myself making the switch to deep dish I’m glad I tried out this place!
Both the deep dish and the thin crust are very good. Great spot for going out during covid-19. The N. Scottsdale location has large garage type doors that are wide open allowing for open air circulation. Tables are well separated.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30 PM. As soon as we walked up to the front door, a staff member greeted us. She promptly guided us to an indoor table which was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant had a very \Industrial\ feel as far as the decor ambiance. It was open and airy with plenty of natural light. Service was prompt and drinks were immediately served. I have to say we received excellent service and always with a smile (it was exuded even from behind the mask...Lol)...especially from our top class server who's name is Chelsea! We decided to try the Lemon Pepper Wings. I have to say that they were the best chicken wings I have EVER had in a restaurant! Crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside served with Gorgonzola or Ranch Dressing. Chelsea stated that ALL their wings tased just as good. We are sure to head back for another trip to try all the other wing flavors. I ordered the \Classic\ individual deep dish pizza and my friend ordered the vegetable deep dish pizza. Both were excellent! It takes a little while for them to make these pizzas but they are worth the wait as they came out piping hot. We then proceeded to order the pizza cookie for desert which didn't disappoint at all and melted in our mouths. This is s a must stop pizza/wing place if you are ever in Scottsdale!
My first take out was on New Years Eve and the deep dish pizza was phenomenal! Crispy crust, juicy tomatoes, I ordered \The Lou\ and it was hearty and flavorful. They may want to rethink the pick up, (on crazy days) it was confusing even though they had waiters coming outside to bring your orders out. I will definitely get pizza here again. If fact, I may want to always get my pizza here!
