Contrary to some negative reviews, the people are fine. It seems that every time we order from this location, things aren't the same as the Lou Malnati we know. Our most recent pizza was burned in places but watery and uncooked in others. The pizza has hints of the delicious flavor but it never came together. Determined to go to the downtown Naperville location next time.

I didn't know what a Chicago-style pizza really is until I nibble on it. A carryout store of the oldest pizza chain in Chicago, we recently popped into on the recommendation of my other half and didn't regret it. The lady at the counter taking our order was utterly nice! Although I found our large custom pizza to be a bit pricey, I totally forgot it the moment I devoured it. A decent thin-crust in every sense— melting cheese with juicy tomato, mushrooms, and Jalapeño in every blissful bite.
Regularly order from here. Always friendly and accurate. Quality service and food. Love love the Lou Malnati's salad! Of course deep dish is great but also their thin is fantastic!
I ordered two large deep dish pizzas, salad and a extra large thin crust pizza. I asked for condiments and I was told that ranch dressing will cost 50 cents extra! What a ripoff!! Never ordering from this again where condiments are charged extra!! Staff was exceptionally rude!
Great pizza, as always...fresh, hot and delicious. Only issue was that the deep dish pizza was stuck to the box, so paper in ur pizza as you take a slice and it wasn't ez to get it off
