My biggest annoyance in takeaways is have missing items from your order . This was the first time using Lotus House and now the last , Love paying for items that I don't receive ..Getting an order right should be simple ...

Visiting family locally and needed a Friday treat for lunch. Even in difficult Covid times I was given a friendly welcome. Superb S&K pie with chips. I really enjoyed them Thankyou. If I lived here this would be my local go to takeaway. Thanks.

Terrible fish and chips. After a long 20 mile cycle what better to top it off with a nice bit of cod and chips. The cod was 6 inches long and the greasy’st thing I’ve ever put in my mouth, and as for the chips, they were raw and tasted terrible. Didn’t eat the 12 worth of pony I brought. Lost a customer I’m afraid, I hate being ripped off cod, it’s dear enough!

Used to be ok. Obviously under new management. The guy stayed seated and just stared at me for over a minute. Had no intention of serving or even talking to me. I just left. There was no-one in the place on what should have been a busy night.
