Yummy menu - sufficiently long with all the usual favourites on the list plus a few more. No problem with quantities. Efficient ordering via phone, the order is computerised and has your name on it and is ready within a minute or so either side of the time they said. Price always matches what I expected from menu. - but do remind them to throw in those complimentary prawn crackers if they're not sat there on the top of your parcel - if your order exceeded the ( unwritten - 25 I reckon?) threshold!

Tried to order a few dishes carefully as have a family member with nut and egg allergies. The menu shows what major allergens are in the food, but I always have to double check. Staff member was very abrasive and told me they are busy and cook with alot of cashew nuts and haven't got time to clean the pan. So basically although their menu states your ordered dish has no nuts in, the dish before could have had nuts in and will have contaminated the oil and wok. Let's hope they don't kill some one. First and last visit.

Unbelievable, this was, WAS, our favourite Chinese take away in Berkhamsted, never going again now, everyone has felt the COVID-19 situation, with businesses closing and restaurants and pubs especially, but to have have our usual order and the price hiked up by around 20 from 35 - 55 you have lost our custom and you will lose many more I’m sure! Your food is great but we could eat out at a restaurant plus drinks for that price, the government has also offered help to businesses so to hike your prices up as much as you have will not do you well
