After searching through a number of venues, we visited Los Willows and knew that this was going to be our wedding venue. This place is AMAZING! Not only is the venue unlike anything we have ever seen, but the staff was top notch too. They genuinely care about your big day. They are not pushy and always willing to help with anything they can. Our day of coordinator, Nancy, was THE BEST!!! If you chose Los Willows to be your venue or choice, I highly suggest you request Nancy as your day of coordinator. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!! Thank you again Nancy!! \u003c3 Los Willows also offers a suggested vendor list for the DJ, photographer, florist, etc and as many of them have worked together for years, it makes everything go that much more seamless. We took advantage of their preferred vendors and you can clearly tell how well they work together as a team making that day seamless. All in all, we wanted to thank everyone at Los Willows (and their crew) for the best day ever and for making all of our friends and family feel right at home. 5 stars no questions asked!!! Thanks again Los Willows team!!!

If you're a bride looking to get married at Los Willows we 100% say go for it. As wedding photographers who have worked here we can honestly say the whole day is an absolute dream from start to finish. Not only does the venue have beautiful, well manicured grounds, but it's incredibly functional and convenient for everyone involved with your wedding. One thing we always recommend to brides when looking for a wedding venue is to find something that is all inclusive, and Los Willows delivers. Los willows has not only a gorgeous bridal suite but also a separate cottage to give brides the option of arriving early to completely get ready at the venue. Their beautiful ceremony area features large shady trees for guests and a quiet brook to enjoy. Finally, the tented reception space is not only beautiful but also a great way to have an outdoor wedding with the assurance of an indoor space should there be any rain in the forecast. You and your guests (and vendors) will love all that this venue has to offer. The staff, location, and grounds make this one of our favorite venues to photograph at and we can't wait to shoot here again!

I have nothing but amazing words to say about Los Willows. My soon to be sister-in-law/best friend got married here this past weekend and words cannot describe how incredible it was. Not only was their wedding drop dead gorgeous but every single staff member of Los Willows was exceptional. My sister-in-law and her husband had to move their wedding from Paradise Falls to Los Willows. They were taken in with nothing but love from the Los Willows team. With COVID, we were all unsure if their wedding would take place, but they pushed through and waited out San Diego's closures and it was absolutely worth it!!!! Their wedding was perfect and the Los Willows team made that happen! Tamra was a fantastic wedding planner!!! Lynne, Victoria and Tamra made sure everything was breathtaking and we could not have asked for a better team to have during their wedding!! My fiancé and I had booked Los Willows for our wedding (in 2021) last year, after this past weekend, I can honestly say I am even more excited to get married at this venue next year as I know the team they have makes sure everything is perfect in every single way!!!!! We will be the 3rd couple in our family to get married at Los Willows and I couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue!!!! They are amazing!!!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone at Los Willows for being incredible!

Our original venue, Paradise Falls, closed permanently due to COVID. The staff at Los Willows was prompt to contact us to transfer. We indicated we were unwilling to change our date (due to military deployment, family members health, and other pressing timing issues) but as numbers were falling in SD it seemed the best option & per the Act of God clause in our contract we felt protected (If owner is unable to perform through no fault of theirs we get a full refund) we were told they would inform us of the likelihood our wedding would happen 1 month out so we started thinking of plan B small options in case this was cancelled due to COVID. As it stands, we were not contacted 1 month out and after several lapses in communication between chats that indicated it probably cant happen we received a call from Lynne offering us a ceremony and full reception, thus performing their full contract on our date including all 75 guests at full price, so long as we sign a waiver she hadn't yet drafted assuming all liability if things go sideways. We are 13 days out from our wedding date and are in an impossible position to either push our date, which is not possible in our circumstances, or accept an illegal or no wedding despite planning and paying for the full experience. Receptions are currently not permitted in SD County and my fiance and I dont want to risk police presence at our event so we asked to part amicably with a full refund and have been stonewalled ever since. Don't contract with this place. They currently hold about 15k of our money and after we refused their illegal plan they offered us 5k back. I dont understand how a venue, which sells a wedding experience, and repeatedly communicated that they want to do right by us can expect us to push our date and/or accept whatever they are willing to do (at full price no less) when the experience thus far has been so stressful. Save your money and look elsewhere for someone who cares.
