The nurses were very attentive and kind. I will say however, my bed was not changed at all in the four days that I was there. Nor was I offered assistance in bathing. When I requested a clean gown, I was not offered help to put it on. Having just had serious back surgery I was unable to change. The food was good and on time. The physical therapy technician came twice. Overall my experience was good. But could have been better

The nurses, Talin, Lauren, Kim were awesome. Thanks God for Los Robles. The doctors are super amazing and caring. They are doing life’s work with compassion and love. Theses folks are angels, I was among the fortunate to experience love there and it meant the world because I was in great pain. Nicole from the CT unit was just so caring and warm, she took great care of me. I can’t say more about the love this place has and the nice folks the work there. God bless each and everyone of them and their families and thank you for making sure I continued to be a part of mine.
Everyone was kind and available. I was impressed at how quickly nurses responded to my calls when medicine ran low or assistance was needed. 3 doctors were involved and al three checked in with me directly, at different times of the day. It’s difficult to be hospitalized under quarantine but the staff at Los Robles Hospital made it many times better than it might have been. Thank you
I had COVID and the doctor send me Home with a note for my work saying I can come back to work in 4 days because I had a viral síndrome can you believe that ? I was around my kids , my husband . Just to got a call from the laboratory 2 days after saying that I had Covid !!! I’m really mad !! You guys are terrible they keep me waiting outside they even forgot to take out my iv and when I come back to take off , the nurse who was in the front door told me not to came inside which I understood because I was having Covid symptoms but she was yelling at me .
