Download the app. Easy in and out with email receipts. Have not made it to the roof yet to save 2 per day. The farthest I have had to go to find a spot is the 2nd level. Have not waited for a shuttle more than 5 minutes. There has always been a shuttle waiting to take me to the terminal at the Sepulveda location. Have called and told them I was ready for pick up at the terminal but with the app it automatically lets them know that you are at the pickup location when you get there.

Great service! Follow instructions and you will have a pleasant experience. All drop off and pick ups are upstairs at departures. They are not allowed to pick you up downstairs at arrivals. Call them when you arrive to be picked up.

The BEST airport to travel through! Valet even included and they brought up our car with our flight la sing information. Easy drop off this morning!! While the downside is that flights are limited, whenever we are able to use this airport you're going to bet on it that we will try to do so. We were even running late and had less than an hour to check in (no baggage) and board the flight. All done within 20 minutes. Unbelievable! Really great and friendly crew!
