I’ve been living at the avenue for 7 years now and I have to say that it’s been a great experience so far. The building is absolutely beautiful , front desk is always polite , cleaning people are always so friendly and keep the property looking great. Management has changed in the passed years and has only gotten better. Jennifer is great. She’s very professional , genuinely cares about the building and us tenants. She’s been very accommodating whenever I’ve ever had a question or an issue. Adam , Amber and trey are great as well and always greet everyone with a smile. I’ve read some of the reviews and genuinely felt that they were a bit harsh. Every property has issues but our property management has always been there to fix the problem to the best of their ability. I say check it out for yourself :). I personally highly recommend.

Moved in a couple of months ago, love it here! Neighbors are super friendly, as is the front desk and management. Very clean and apartments are a great size. The only downside has been the pool renovation but hopefully that will be done next week.
