Nice building..
I have worked in 3580 for 6 years and from my experience of being here there have always been issues with management. I'm not sure if it is management or if it's main tenant of each office failing to notify maintenance of issues that come up in need of fixing. For starters there are 3 sinks in the women's restroom and only 2 worked when I first started. For 4 years now (atleast) there is only 1 working sink for all women to share, the soap dispenser (16th Fl) has never worked properly, cleaning crew started leaving the top cover off which would lead to flies landing and getting stuck in the goop which inevitably got germs in the soap. Now for the past year the soap dispenser no longer works and women have started leaving soap of their own in the bathroom which is absurd, the only thing that has improved in the bathroom is that all 4 stalls are working instead of 3. I am positive the bathroom hasn't (maybe the whole floor) hasn't been renovated since the 70's when it was built. A couple times a year the electricity goes out. Which can be a plus side if the air conditioning has went out too! Apart from the air conditioning going out the temperature is never normal, either it is way too hot or it is way too cold. Maintenance only fixes problems relatively soon when it is something inexcusable such as a complete power outage or an elevator shuts down. While I hate to leave such a review, it is a truthful one and I hope it will be seen by the right person who is in charge and takes these things in to account.
