Why live in Los Angeles? A lot of reasons to leave, but Pacific is a great reason to stay. I served sashimi bluefin at a dinner party last night, and our guests RAVED. Such high quality, fresher than anything you can get elsewhere. Melts in your mouth. It takes a couple times to get used to the protocol (wait by the registers until someone nods at you), but once you figure it out you'll be very happy.

I've been going to Pacific Fresh Fish Co. for several years now. Its by far the best of any fresh fish market I've been, and as a Chef I've been to many. This fish is so fresh the taste is amazing! You will never eat supermarket fish or any supermarket seafood again. Plys the prices are so much less than anywhere. They also have a very professional group of people working there.
