They wouldn't let you finish talking before transferring you call to the wrong department, so rude, and they keep on doing it.

Very disappointed I called to make an appointment, I only got a voice mail, there for I left a message and did not get a call back two days in a row. On second day I called at different times of the day and again only voice mail.
