Love their crispy rice, albacore, cod, yellowtail sashimi. I order from here once a week and it's always a treat. It's my go to. Sushi it's fresh and delicious.

I loved everything about this place except for how loud it was. They have little alcoves that help to reduce the noise but it still echos a bit around the main space. I would highly reccomend one of the set courses they really give you a good taste of the menu and truly everything is fantastic. I got the katsuya classics and got to say it's hard to have a favorite. The waiter also helped me to pick out a nice drink the spicy mandarin which I really wish I knew how to make at home. This is definitely one of the top tiers in Brentwood.

My coworkers and I came here for lunch. Thankfully we got reservations thru Yelp, because this place gets packed. The place is gorgeous. The staff was very nice and attentive. We ordered moctails, tamarind, purple flower, and Chrysanthemum. It was served in a large cylinder cup. It was refreshing but very lite like flavored water. Food: we got the fresh spring rolls, pad Lao mee (Lao version of pad Thai), garlic pepper pork, and some kind of fish curry served in a clay pot. Everything was delicious. The spring rolls were nice a lite. The pad Lao mee was like pad Thai but with a spicy kick. I actually like that better than pad Thai. The garlic pepper pork came with rice, egg, cucumber slices and rice. It was small pieces of pork grilled to perfection. It also came with this lite sweet and sour sauce. The clay pot came with rice as well. The curry was spicy and delicious but for 27, I was expecting a larger portion. Overall, we all enjoyed our food, but their prices were a little too much for the portions that they served.

One of the best places to eat in LA. We ordered the 6 6-Hand Roll option. We started off with the delicious toro hand roll. Then we went on to the yellowtail hand roll. It was one of the best. It had spring onion that gave it a tang. We continued on to salmon hand roll which I got to of instead of Bay Scallop. Salmon is my favorite fish which packs lots of flavor. Then, we got to Blue Crab which is creamy and rich. And lastly Lobster amazing. Katsuya Brentwood has the most fresh fresh seaweed which is so crispy, the most fresh rice a balance from sticky to grainy, and such fresh fish. 10/10 recommend.
