They will treat you like dirt, repeatedly get your order wrong, and act like it’s your fault. Worst part was that I received no apology. The cashier was extremely rude, and also claimed that we never provided a name for our pickup order, even though we did so clearly and more than once. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but there is absolutely no excuse for being so impolite to paying customers without offering any kind of apology or discount. Will never eat here ever again.

Got to love the food here and the hype is real. Amazingly clean and wonderful service. You get what you pay for in this life, and over here you definitely get a lot for what you pay for. This is our go-to for lunch and dinner.
I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are great and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a lovely time. highly recommended.
Absolute worst service, unless you belong to their own tiny community of fans they cater to. I place my order and am told it could take 20 minutes. Do not know why? As it’d take about as much to make rice from scratch and being a butchery to throw some meat on fire. I guess they have nothing prepared even if I was there at 12:30 and middle of lunch. 20 minutes passes and I ask again, to hear it’ll be shortly. 5 minutes later, same thing. The process repeats itself while the lady “serving” me was more busy tending to the orchids than get my food. Finally, getting upset at 45 minutes, I asked again and told them I do not want it if it isn’t ready. The gentleman behind the cashier looks back on an (unheated) shelf and says it’s been ready for a while!!! Needless to say, get home with my cold food and promise to never return to this forsaken place. I wouldn’t, if I was you either, because customer support here is a foreign language.
Enjoyed the Shirazi salad a chicken breast. Def will visit again.
