Los Angeles Fish Co

The best Los Angeles Fish Co. I wish they opened every day and stayed open a little later but oh well. Never had a bad experience. I go at least once per week and every visit is as good as the last. Only thing is, prices went up a tad bit but still worth it.

I love this place! Great seafood at excellent prices. Is not your traditional market counter where everything is behind it glass. You can touch the fish (with gloves that they will provide you) and you have to wear a hair net. Just be ready to take a lot of fish home, they sell large portions. I wanted octopus so I had to take home 1/2 Octopus (2.5 lb). A great experience!

Great place for all sorts of variety of fish. Worth the early morning trip for quality. Helpful service, they will fillet for you and send you home with amazing pieces of fish. If you’ve been looking for a place to buy high quality fish, this is it for anyone near enough to the downtown area. Conveniently, they have a small parking lot as well!

Family owned business. Everyone's incredibly nice. Park in their lot, grab plastic gloves and a hairnet/beard net at the table at the entrance and sign in. They will take your temp before entering. Go pick your amazing seafood, (they'll pack it in ice for you), get your numbered ticket to check out and pay. They'll call your number, pay with credit or debit only (no cash during covid), they'll hand off your goods after paying and you're off. We go every Christmas/New year's to get Colossal king crab legs. Go early, they're only open for a few hours in the morning. Awesome, clean, efficient, personal, friendly!
