We love hanging out. Yesterday we came to this delicious place which friends told us about. We passed a lovely experience there with exceptional cooking and an efficient crew and a professional chef. We added this venue in our list and we shall definitely go again very soon. We warmly recommend.

Another highly recommended spot. Authentic Mexican food on an elevated level. Can’t expect cheap Mexican food here. It’s moderately priced and you get what you pay for. The chips and guacamole are also amazing. The bean and cheese burrito is also phenomenal.

Mediocre food. My friend and I were disappointed especially with the lack of flavor in the tinga... it is missing spice and chipotle seasoning perhaps... My coworker makes way better tinga than this place. The horchata was too sweet i added more water to it... as my friend described it, it tastes like milk and sugar. Tacos are okay. The lobster tastes good at least... but it is a small 14 taco. Overall, this is an Americanized Mexican restaurant sort of like El Torito.

Would not support this business or any adjoining business to the owner of this restaurant (Marvin et al) Horrendous experience, I have never experienced such abysmal treatment from a stranger, let alone the owner of a professional establishment, after being shown to a table we were commanded by an extremely rude man that we needed to move (also were told that this was not a request, it was an order), he wanted the table for his family. Confused by the behaviour of this man while the waiter (who also seemed scared of this man) delivered our drinks - we suggested we would prefer this table and asked if he was the owner. Subsequently were sworn at, verbally abused, threatened and told you don't need to know who the F I am (it was the owner, shockingly). He then came around to close in on the table ignoring all covid protocols (no mask and clearly no regard for a 1 foot rule let alone 6 foot rule) to continue to aggressively tell us that we either move or be moved. Needless to say we left and did not eat here. Not only did I leave feeling totally aghast at the owners behaviour I also felt unsafe.

The food is pretty good. I understand why there are 5000 reviews here. Its excellent brunch food - and of course you pay LA brunch prices. Don't be imitated by the long line - it moves pretty fast. You order on the line and then you grab any table you see open.
