Is it amazing? Why yes it is. You may need to do some investigating to hunt these guys down, but once you do, so worth it! Each taco is made with love. You can taste it in its deep fried glory. The fish is soft, delicious, the crunchy batter, hot and crispy. Comes topped with fresh lettuce and salsa. There's a handful of sauces that are self-serve for you to experiment with as you will.

Authentic taco in Hollywood. I reccomend. The tostada is the best. I hope back to this place one day.
We will drive to El Matador Taco Truck to get the BEST fish tacos!!!! So delicious, no one else can compare in the valley. You can't taste the oil they the fish was battered into (I hate that!!) and the fish tastes fresh and delicious. It seems like their batter has tumeric in it (yellow?). That's a plus for me!! I can't wait to go back!!
Keep coming back to this place and the quality is always amazing. Simply delicious fish tacos.
