Been trying to get my worker Rebecca Lopez to call me for a month now and still no call back and everytime I ask to speak to a supervisor they always say the only thing they can do is send a email. Now my case is terminated but i did everything on my part smh even did a Appeal and still nothing is being resolved.
We are starting the year 2021 the same way Blanca Gomez has not returned any of my calls and or reviewed my submitted information. And my benefits are still not what I should be receiving.
If you go prepare you get results without a problem.ask the right questions they lead you the right way.
I’ve been trying to add a new born for about 3 months my case workers name is Barbra Sneed but apparently she hasn’t been there and another woman is working for her. My child is now 5 months old and isn’t receiving benefits nor does she have insurance. I’ve provided all information need still nothing I’ve tried contacting the supervisor Ms/Mrs. Johnson still nothing. I’m completely dumbfounded by this and I would recommend any other place than this. You’ll likely get nowhere.
