The only way you'll find out that they are only seeing people by appointment is if you drive all the way to the office and read the sign on the door. Their automated system should give some form of advisement of this policy.

Called the office since it says appointments only. Aside the fact that I was on hold for about 30 min the person I spoke to was supper rude all she said was \our offices are closed all our info is on line\ and just hung up like really? I wonder how she treats people when they actually go!!!! Horrible customer service.

With appointment every thing is very easy. Lots of parking spaces around the building, plus additional parking inside.
