Came here to get a birth certificate. Parking was easy, no line, and things went as smoothly as possible. Best government office experience I’ve had.

I went to record one document. There were 5 windows. 3 of the windows are dedicated to birth, death, marriage certificates, etc. At one point, all 3 women were sitting doing nothing; when people did walk in for this type of service, they just walked right up with no waiting. Meanwhile, the line I was in had 1 person at 1 window; nobody manning the second window. There were over TWENTY people in my line, I was #13 in line. The guy that was at the window when I got there was there for 20 minutes. What took so long? He had 1 document to record. I left as I was on pace to be there for 3 hours. This place needs to get some serious cross-training going on. They keep raising rates for recording docs.........where's the service?! I'll have to go back tomorrow.
