Was VERY rudly rebuked by a lady named “Mary” who though standing directly at the front door refused access to myself and another client of one of her tenets to a unknown reason. Disputes being a factual living breathing human standing inches from the door, and disputed me clearly stating the reason and tenet I was there to visit she bluntly refused to open the door. When I called her company she unfortunately answered the phone and REFUSED to give her supervisors name. Rest assured I will speak to her supervisor about her less then human behavior. Policy is one thing, but blind and rude adherence is clearly just how this lady enjoys her day.

My company did their vacancy cleanings. Through out the whole time with Pico Rivera buildings we always got wrong information of units to clean and sent back because of units not being ready. I highly suggest getting a legal written contract with this company if you will be a vendor as almost 6 Invoice were past 60 days and I have to take a lost on one due to the lack of communication on their part. Numerous time we were called asking where we were when no one even called to schedule us. Tried to be patient and nice and we lost in the end.
