Miss Veronica is a true expert in her field. Our baby girl came by emergency C section a month early and Veronica began working right away as our night Baby Nurse and Newborn care Specialist. She helped ease my mind about caring for a C section baby who technically was not quite ready to be outside the womb yet! Along with giving our new baby an abundance of love and support, she extended this care to me, my two year old son and my husband. I did not have a Postpartum Doula with my first baby or a sleep trainer specialist, and he did not sleep through the night until he was 15 months old. During this time I struggled with post partum depression but didn’t think to ask for support. Thanks to Veronica, the experience with my second baby was night and day compared to my first. I thought it would be hard to rest while someone had my baby but Veronica felt like a family member because she genuinely cared for my baby as if her own. By the time she left us, my baby was sleeping fully through the night at only a few months old! 5 stars!

I recently completed the Advanced Baby Care and Doula Services training that Ms. Veronica offers I have to say: My experience was amazing and I completly recomend it to every one. Not only is the 3 part series fully loaded with all the information and hands on training you may want regarding newborn care. But Ms Veronica as an instructor is very professional and answers all your questions. She is very knowledgeable and her style of teaching is awesome! Her teaching techniques is simple to understand but very detailed. Thank you so much for such a wonderful class and I look forward taking more trainings with you.
Ms. Veronica's Advanced Baby Care and Doula Services training was a delightful blessing. I choose the best when it comes to my educational investment. Throughout her training Ms. Veronica combines her years of technical knowledge with hands on learning, and Q&A sessions at the end of each topic. When we asked questions, Ms. Veronica was attentive to our concerns and didn't hesitate to explain in detail to make sure we would retain the material. I am very thankful for Veronica and the support and help she provided me during a difficult post partum period. I was lucky enough to work with her for a month and get some much needed rest to be able to heal, im only sorry I didnt call her sooner. She allowed me to get some rest while also always being there to answer my questions and doubts. My toddler loved her and i absolutely trusted her from day 1. I would really recommend that all future mommys prepare for the post partum period and hire her! Its SO worth it and more valuable than a lot of stuff you buy that you dont really need for a newborn! Invest in yourself by using Veronica. I highly recommend, and had i prepared in advance i would have hired her for much longer. She is a true gem and professional when it comes to infant care ️
Veronica was incredibly responsive, attentive and professional. Within 24 hours she was able to understand our needs, commit 2 resources for interview that met our needs, and execute the contract for a job starting to days from then. From there, Cecilia, our night nurse, was amazing with our newborn. She was caring, attentive and just so loving. I recommend Baby Nurse and Doula Services over any other placement service we have used to date. It made all the difference.
