They front desk lady lied to me over the phone and said I can use my emergency pregnancy medical while I received my health plan, she even made the appointment for me over the phone. Once it came to the appointment day she said she can’t see me bc I don’t have blue cross. How are you going to deny patient care to someone and then try to charge them 300 ?? This is so unprofessional. Don’t work in the medical field if you are not going to be companionate towards your pregnant patients. She then gave me a phone number to call that doesn’t even work !!!
Very friendly staff, clean and professional
He delivered my son my son with no complications that's the only reason I wont give him a 1 star. His bedside manor is rude he is there to do his job that's it. Staff is great but he is the worst
