We popped by for a drink and some street food, atmosphere is great and relaxed, staff were friendly and happy to help. During covid times there is table service which is great, not sure if this is usual as there is a big bar area which I suspect during earlier times would've been packed! As it is though there is a great one way system in place with lots of space between the tables and plenty of hand sanitizer around - we felt very safe. The space is unusual and interesting with great big vats of beer and various brewery paraphernalia around. I don't drink beer myself but I was assured the session ipa and the gunners gold was very good. Staff clearly very knowledgeable as we had a very informative chat about the difference between lager and ales! All in all 10/10 great evening, we will be back!

This is a very nice brew pub. The interior is well decorated and steps have been taken to make it COVID compliant. The shop is stocked with a number of different spirits, nice clothing and take away beer. I personally collect shirts and glasses from all the breweries I go to, so this was nice. We love Mexican food and saw that Loose Cannon was hosting a Taco night. Taco Island made the tacos. The tacos were small but mighty and were very good. However they were in the expensive side. The beer and service was great. When asked for recommendations the staff was able to provide a flavor description and to tailor to what my wife and I were looking for. We plan on returning. Keep up the good work!
I highly recommend a night out at he L.C. Taproom. Had a great night there which was also very safe. Proper social distancing yet enough people there for a nice atmosphere. Very well organised. Good beer, friendly staff, efficient table service and external catering outside serving very decent grubb too. Going here is better than going to the pub. My mate and I will be back and it was a top night out. Well done L.C.
We've been wanting to visit the Taproom since moving to Abingdon at the start of lockdown as it pretty much backs onto our house. We went for the first time last night and it was really good. Its got a great pubby atmosphere, especially considering its industrial estate location and the food vans are a great touch. We'll be back...
Amazing! Beer lovers dream! COVID safe and, waiters were very friendly and efficient. Great prices and available to take away!
