I ordered a footstool from Lee and we are so pleased with it. Lee patiently answered all my questions and offered suggestions to help get the right design for our needs. There was no issues with shipping to Northern Ireland. It’s so nice to have a bespoke piece of furniture to finish off the room perfectly.
I contacted Lee a couple of months ago to reupholster my husband's favourite swivel chair. I had it covered in the same fabric as my new sofa so even though it wasn't the same chair, it's in the same colour. Lee kept in contact with me regularly and collected my chair on Friday.... returning it this afternoon! Super quick and it's BEAUTIFUL. Top quality job and its come out better than i'd imagined. I couldn't recommend Loose Button more highly and I will consider reupholstery in the future rather than replacement. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
