Got my order! Amazing product and even better after sales service! I was expecting to wait a really long time for my order due to the current situation, but I got them earlier than I had thought they would arrive, and got a lovely follow up email from the owner just touching base and apologising for the delay (I didn't think there was one considering). So thank you so much, superb product, superb service, superb after care. I will be using you long after the crisis is over. Many thanks x

Very poor experience with this company. I placed an order for keys on 3rd February. As it specified on their website that they only dispatch via courier I paid the carriage amount of 7.95 plus VAT (Bear in mind the keys were only a fiver.) The keys arrive a few days later, via Royal Mail. Using a second class stamp. They couldn't have dispatched it for cheaper if they'd tried! The keys were just sellotaped to the delivery note inside the envelope. I queried it via email and was assured by Ellie that a refund would be issued and appear in my account within 3-5 working days. I received another email from Andrew complaining they cannot source a website developer to differentiate between item sizes on online ordering system. No refund was issued so I emailed again on 25th February. I have not received a response. It's not a massive amount but it's the principle of it and how they deal with issues. I intend raising a dispute with Paypal. As I said, it's the principle. Such a pity!
