Best Flowers & Customer Service I have ever recieved I recently ordered flowers for my Mum to cheer her up after the passing of her sister last week. I thought I was ordering from Sanpado as I have used them before in the past and my friends and family always use this shop and been very happy with the price, value and friendly service. I called the Manager to complain that on this occasion I was disappointed with the arrangement my mum had received only to later realise that I had infact ordered from another flower shop! (FSD florists) I was so embarrassed! The Manager Jackie was absolutely outstanding. Knowing the poor service I received elsewhere she personally took it upon herself to arrange and deliver an absolutely outstanding bouquet of flowers to my Mum. The icing on the cake was she did this free of charge as she wanted to restore my faith that not all florists are the same. I cannot thank Jackie enough for going above and beyond and really taking the time and effort to do such a truly amazing act of kindness. If you want to order flowers for any occasion then please use this company or Sanpado in Brechin as I know you will not be disappointed.
