Marcus was really helpful during all negotiations on the phone as we could not visit site due virus
Given the difficulties of offering a personal service during lock-down regulation, I thought Marcus and Paul gave me an excellent experience. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I found the whole process very smooth.
Excellent experience with Lookers bodyshop repair, my vehicle was collected on the Tuesday and delivered back the following Tuesday which was a quick turnaround, I can't comment on speaking with them over the phone because on four occasions no one picked up the phone but the guys who collected my vehicle and dropped it back off were very courteous and polite even took time out for a quick chat. The repair which was completed was perfect and Lookers cleaned my car inside & out my little girl who is 5 years old thought we had a new vehicle because it was so clean Would strongly recommend the bodyshop without hesitation. Photo's posted of repair.
We brought our car online and only spoke to the team. The video and information sent through were very clear and we have been very pleased with the car as it is exactly as described to us. The delivery was a unique experience having a car delivered. The delivery driver was very professional and Covid aware Thank you team
