We’ve taken our 12 year old springer spaniel here a couple of times and he has come back looking fantastic. The cut is done to our request, not too short, not too long and his claws get trimmed too. Can highly recommend.

Just completed my Level 2 Dog Grooming Assistants qualification here. The staff are all so lovely and helpful! Zoe is very talented was an amazing teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed my time learning here and would recommend to anyone who wants to be trained by friendly, welcoming and professional trainers. Thank you Look North Grooming and Training Centre!
Visited the staff were friendly and professional and follow the government guidelines regarding covid 19 .
I booked our 11 year old, Yorkie for her first cut in the UK a week ago. Due to Covid 19, I was met outside where I handed over my little girl to a friendly lady. She briefly asked me how I wanted her cut and then said that it would take about 60-90 min to complete. It took much longer than initially said but I patiently waited in my car. What I didn’t appreciate was that upon collecting her, she was put down on the floor and I had to call her towards the door down a long corridor. She was not sure where to walk to and battled to hear where my voice was coming from - her hearing and sight isn’t great! I felt so sorry for her..... I must admit her cut isn’t done evenly and is not what I requested. She has two scabs on her shoulder where she got nicked by the clippers. This is very disappointing from this seemingly professional establishment. No - we won’t be back
Such a great, friendly and professional service. We have been taking our two dogs to be groomed here for 3 years now after a local recommendation. Their most recent groom was under the new COVID procedure which was organised so efficiently and thoroughly. They did a fabulous job on two very fluffy terriers!
