Service was terrible. We were tourists with car trouble in need of a mechanic. They couldn't help us, they speak only french and not willing to provide us information where we could fix our problem. So we went to Belgium.

My car (Mercedes C220) broke down close to Dunkirk and ended up here at Mercedes in Saint Omer. We were told that after a week the car would be OK. When we arrived one week later the car was still where we parked it and nobody had done anything. They also actually told us that they didn't wanted to fix it... Luckily, the Norwegian (NAF) helped us to get a rental car so we could go hack to Norway. The car is still in Saint Omer and NAF is trying to find a workshop which can and will fix the car. Really bad service in many ways. They could have told earlier that they didn't want to fix the car, since we were told to stay in the area ...

Accueil au top ! Conseils écoute et accompagnement sont les points forts de cette concession. Deux achats réalisé en 3 mois, le conseiller commercial a su répondre à toutes mes attentes. Bravo monsieur Geeraert et merci à toute l’équipe.
