I would highly recommend River Island Adventures! We booked a two hour guided kayak tour and it was amazing! Cherish was a great guide; she provided details about the local trees and animals in addition to friendly conversation. The pace was laid back and the views were amazing. We had lots of fun playing yard games at the Outpost and sitting in the hammocks afterward too.

Awesome Day! Our Guide Cherish showed our family a beautiful day on the river! (We are tough to impress) and it was incredible. Not too hot. Not too long. Not buggy. Perfect! We will be back for more!
One of the most amazing outdoor adventure places in the area. The staff is so kind, considerate and welcoming!!! We couldn’t of asked for a nicer place to spend the day on our vacation. We’re definitely coming back here every year!!!
Sorry it took so long to review. This was the high point of our Myrtle Beach vacation. We found it on a whim. The Tea stained water is so clean. The escape island and views are amazing. Our tour guide was the coolest woman in the world. We will be back. The paddling is easy. The parking is plentiful.
