I had an issue with my vehicle, and they were very professional and patient in helping me figure out what the issue was. I went from one issue to another and they stood behind their part of the work they completed and ensured that what they installed was taken care of. I am bummed that my vehicle started to have another issue after their repairs but they made recommendation and continued to be helpful throughout the whole process. They were fair and helpful in pricing and very diligent about keeping me informed about the process. They went above and beyond to make sure i received my car back in a drivable state.

Longs is the best. Aways fast, honest and informative. I had a laundry list of problems with my car. A check engine light with 3 different codes popping up, terrible squeal coming from the engine, lowered fuel efficiency and what I thought was a problem with my alternator. Was looking like a 1300 repair total, but they took the time to explore other possibilities and discovered it was potentially a computer issue. So they reset that, diagnosed and treated the other problems, fixed the squeal, gave me a fuel induction service and cleared the codes. Now my car is running great (and quietly) all for less than 700. Long story short they could have easily gotten me for another 600 or more and I would have paid it and never known, really appreciate Jonny and the people over at Longs.
