UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont provided me excellent medical care this past December. Everything concerning my procedure was taken care of with professionalism, competence and friendliness. They informed me of the results in a timely manner and provided me with options to get more information, should I desire. I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My daughter needed Quantiferon Gold testing for her medical school and was supposed to go to one of THEIR hospitals for testing. We called area UCH hospitals and LPH could do the testing. We had an order for the testing. I have now received a bill for 943.01 to my insurance company who paid; however, we still have a 524.32 deductible which I am responsible for. My problem is--this is a 77 test! They are charging 19 times the going rate for this test, defrauding the insurance company and myself. I have spoken to their billing department multiple times and was treated with a disrespectful attitude. My calls and requests to be transferred to supervisors were met with transfers to voice mails that are not returned. I am reporting them to BCBS fraud department and do not recommend you receive care at a hospital with inflated billing practices. I am a doctor or nursing practice with 30 years experience and know what I am talking about.

I have visited twice for regular outpatient procedures, and I have been a witness to 3 visits for my wife. This community hospital is exceptional in their patient care and adept professionalism. We really appreciate the hard work from the staff members that made our visit as comfortable as possible.
