My experience was amazing. They were fast efficient and friendly. Had a issue with my steak and it was replaced right away. Our waitress annie was so good.

Our food was not good. I had to send mine back because the lobster was bad, the steak was supposed to be a medium filet but it was a well done sirloin. The wait staff had their fingers in people's salads. My husband and I both got sick after dinner
I had their half rack of ribs. They were good but I have had better at a much cheaper price. The waitress was attentive and checked back often to see if I needed something. When I want ribs again I will go back to my regular place Johns.
Very disappointed. I understand that restaurants are especially hurt because of the pandemic but with so many amazing, locally owned places going under it's time for the dinosaurs to die. Staff not wearing masks properly, people packed in like sardines, sub par steak, low quality everything. The bread was the real winner but if bread is all that's good repurpose to a bakery. I love you Long Horn but I think it's just time to let go.
