Hopped in on a Thursday night to grab a steak and a drink and glad I did! Got the Outlaw Ribeye which was cooked to an absolutely perfect medium rare as requested. The brussell sprout side was deliciously prepared with a nice char on the outside but tender vegetable on the inside. I will be back! Obviously 1 trip isnt much of a sample size but my initial ratings out of the gate: Food- 5 stars. In addition to above comments, the bread was awesome too...and I didnt even want any evil bread. Service- 5 stars. Stephen the waiter was excellent at his craft, always attentive, and utterly knowledgable about the menu. Jorge was the chef that prepared this delicious meal, hats off to these 2 gents! Ambience- 5 stars I reckon. It was a quiet night, well managed, pandemic friendly. Not sure how it would be on a night with a large crowd though. One minor wrinkle was the Old Fashioned which was prepared a wee bit heavy handed with the simple syrup. Probably was a good thing, I stopped at one beverage and I left with my wits fully intact...
We got Richard as our waiter. He is awesome. Excellent customer service.
