I gave 4 stars because my steak came out wrong twice, but the waitress and manager were super nice and took care of it. Food was delicious once I got it. Service was good. It wasn’t a busy night so it was quite and easy to get a table. First time here because we are visiting from Florida.

Not happy with my to-go order tonight if I knew I needed to flip my child's steak over to make sure it is cooked on both sides before leaving I would of. And the others are raw in the middle much appreciation for the manager Ms. Logan who just said we are closing and pretty much the hell with my hungry children. Will never be back.
My husband and I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and 8oz Renegade Sirloin. We asked for our steaks medium, but got them basically well done. I did not even finish mine. We told the manager Kasey and he was super professional. He tried to give us a free dessert or to make us another s steak, but I just told him he needed to speak with his chef. I gave them 4 stars because the chicken was delicious, we had an alright waiter. However Kasey's manner is what made it 4 stars. He was willing to do anything to make it right. We got the check and he gave us a 10% discount. Awesome manager!!!
I highly recommend this place. \Longhorn Steakhouse\ as a whole is amazing. The one in Tennessee, that I had partook my consumption of the meal I ordered, is just as amazing as the ones that I have been to in Indiana. I was served by a wonderful waitress, she was very kind, and made sure everything was catered to. The food was delicious (as always), I had food similar to what I normally have. I almost always have steak, which tonight I followed the pattern and had steak. I also had \mixed greens\ with ranch (or simply a salad, I think it is worded differently because I'm in the south currently, but I still love it and the wording is fun!), Also I had some shrimp, and lastly, a baked potato. This place is wonderful and I heavily recommend it to almost anyone! P.S. There was no wait at all for my food!
Well located, very clean, friendly employees...The salad was delicious, enjoyed my baked potato and chopped steak was very good, cooked med.well, was perfect...my husband had a delicious salad, enjoyed his fries but his renegade sirloin had no flavor was bland, no seasoning, very dry, he had it cooked Medium, which was perfect ...just need to season or flavor up. Would be perfect..But will try again, everything was cooked to our order and keep hot. .
