ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS!! We’re from Yuma and we were in in Phoenix for Business. We wanted to have a Nice dinner. DANG!! This was. Food was just PERFECT & Service was top of the line. I did not catch our servers Name. She had Braids on . Keep up the good work..

Called in to go order. Young woman tells us they don't sell NY strip steaks. So we decide to go in & place order. Same young woman ignores us initially then says someone will help us shortly. 10 minutes later a young guy takes our order. After walking around outside for a while LH calls to say order was ready. The same young lady brings the order to us & is very disingenuous and superficial with her tone and professionalism. But most of all, the food was HORRIBLE! I go to LH in Avon Indiana & their food & service is always outstanding! Hope race didn't play a part in this bad experience! Food & Service was horrible! *(UPDATE)* 1 day after posting this review the Owner/Manager went out of his way to make things right & reached out to make things right. He also accommodated me with an order replacement. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 star because of this. Trying to make up for the bad experience says a lot about the establishment's concern for it's reputation and providing great service to it's customers. Thank You Longhorn Steakhouse Chandler!
Had a great experience all around. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Each portion came out with perfect timing. Everything tasted great. Highly recommend.
We used to always go to Texas road house or outback for steaks, but they always disappointed. We now only go to LongHorn Steakhouse , the service is great , very attentive and friendly every time. The food is DELICIOUS ,very well seasoned, perfect cook on the steaky every time. We have never had any complaints. We recommend this restaurant to all our family and friends.
This place is amazing. They practice covid-19 protocol. They have bone in ribeye, New York strip, lobster and top sirloin to name a few. Sides include asparagus, honey butter brussel sprouts and side salads.If you like chicken wings you must try them. There is a full bar. The food was cooked to perfection. Service was spot on and the atmosphere was cozy. They have booths and tables. Enjoy!
