Fantastic Surgery I've been using for 10 years. All the doctors are excellent. Morning walk in Surgery is a god send compared to other doctors surgeries. You have to wait but you can get seen on the day rather than waiting weeks for an appointment at another surgery. Staff all very polite and caring. Can't rate it highly enough!

Agree with all the staff comments about how nice they are. But the open practice is the worst system I’ve ever encountered. Over an hour and a half sat feeling like death in the waiting room is not efficient. Poor kids say here getting fed up, no real system or communication to explain how long the wait is. Just the assumption is acceptable to leave people hanging around for hours on end. Don’t get it.
I have recently moved to the area and the practice manager was so friendly, respectful and helpful. The practice gave me the initial impression of being very caring and efficient.
I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS PRACTICE IS EXCELLENT AND THE WAITING SYSTEM FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS BRILLIANT. I'VE BEEN IN AT 8AM AND SEEN A DOCTOR AND OUT WITH A PRESCRIPTION IN A BAG WITHIN AN HOUR AND 10 MINS!!!! UNBELIVBEABLE AND VERY RARE THESE DAYS
Friendly and very caring. Walk in the door and you are half way to getting better.
